Do you understand and acknowledge without proper training a Presa Canario can be aggressive, dangerous, and/or a liability?*
By typing YES you agree to assume all responsibility for the actions of your dog once ownership is transferred. You agree that Presaholic Kennel is not liable for any personal injuries that may occur after transfer of ownership.
Do you understand and acknowledge that as a buyer you will not breed your puppy until the female puppy is at least 2 years of age, and/or the male puppy is 1 year of age. *
By typing YES you understand that "heat cycles" do not matter, even if it is recognized by a vet that a female can be bred at her second heat cycle. By typing YES you also acknowledge that this is a contractual agreement and if broken, your Presaholic Health Guarantee will immediately be null and void.
Do you understand and acknowledge that the Presaholic 2 year health guarantee ONLY covers genetic disorders and/or abnormalities. This DOES NOT cover injuries from training, running, jumping, and/or any other strenuous physical activities.*
By typing YES you understand that a veterinarian's preliminary testing is not sufficient for diagnoses. In cases where hip/elbow dysplasia may be in question, an OFA test must be completed at buyers expense. Once it is properly diagnosed as hip/elbow dysplasia, Presaholic Kennel will reimburse the owner for associated expenses and proceed to honor the health guarantee.
Do you understand that once you make a deposit on a particular dog you can NOT move your deposit to a different dog unless special consideration is given by Presaholic Kennel. ONLY under certain circumstances may a consideration to change be granted. If this happens, you understand and acknowledge there may be an additional cost based off of the breeding and/or pedigree of the litter you move to.*
By typing YES you acknowledge you are locked into your pick and understand a new contract will only be drawn up if special consideration to change litters is granted.
Do you understand as a buyer you MUST pick up or arrange transportation for your puppy at 8 weeks from date of birth. If additional boarding is needed, arrangements must be made and approved by Presaholic Kennel ahead of time. (A $75 per week boarding fee will apply).*
By typing YES you acknowledge and understand that if Presaholic Kennel does not have full payment and/or if buyer has not made arrangements for pick up, the buyer forfeits the rights to purchase the puppy and completely loses any deposits made.
Do you understand and acknowledge that upon purchasing a Presaholic dog that you will be contractually obligated to give Presaholic LLC the first right to refusal before you decide to resell, rehome, or give the dog away. *
By typing YES you understand that this does not contractually obligate Presaholic LLC to purchase any dogs back, this is only a right to refusal. This also means that the "buy back" may be at a discounted purchase price depending on the age, condition, and circumstances of such transaction. By typing YES you understand that Presaholic can take legal action against the buyer if it is found that the contractual dog was sold, re-homed, co-owned, and/or given away without proper notification.
Do you understand and acknowledge that under NO circumstance is a Presaholic Dog allowed to be given to an animal shelter, dog pound, animal rescue, and/or any such associated facility that may not have been specifically identified.*
By typing YES you understand that if such circumstance must occur, that you will instead hand over your dog back to Presaholic Kennel free of charge and will make the necessary arrangements to transport the dog at your expense.
