We require a cancellation form for EACH request to be cancelled.

Cancellation fees
- $50 – if a placement <8h in length is cancelled after it has been confirmed
  $75 - if a placement 8+ hours in length is cancelled after it has been confirmed
  $Full Hourly for cancelled placement – if placement is cancelled with less than 48 hours before placement start time.
- $Full Hourly for canceled placement may apply if during a high volume time or holiday week/weekend, placement is 8+ hours, or if the agency deems a special circumstance - check in with us if you think this may apply!
- No fee due if a placement is canceled before it is confirmed
Please remember: 100% of this fee goes to the sitter for loss of workable hours and is not charged as a penalty for cancellation.

Any placement fee is retained as charged for cancelled placements. Outstanding invoices for confirmed & canceled placements remain due. Credit of placement fees are only issued if a placement can not be filled after sitter-cancellation.
