Cancellation Fees:

With more than 48 hours notice: a minimum $25 cancellation fee is due directly to your sitter at the payment handles provided and your Placement Fee, SuperCard credits, or single booking fee will be kept as a credit on your account.
With less than 48 hours notice: a $50 cancellation fee is due directly to your sitter at the payment handles provided and your Placement Fee will be retained as charged.

Please remember: Cancelation fees are paid directly to your booked-sitter for loss of hours. If you are canceling at the very last minute or canceling a 4+ hour gig, if it is within your budget to pay more than the minimum fee, you are encouraged to do so. Remember that 100% of this fee goes to the sitter for loss of workable hours and is not charged as a penalty for cancellation.
