Feedback about families is used to be sure we are matching you correctly, but also to monitor trends within the family's behavior: respect of the sitter's time/person, payment habits, condition of the home, etc.

If a family is a true stand out for a specific reason, we want to know that! On the flip side, being late may not be a huge deal one time, but if we hear this from a few sitters, it's a trend we need to be on top of!

Super Sitters Admin tracks family trends through sitter feedback. The business stuff -- did they adhere to the times booked? did they offer a ride home if indicated on the form? did they pay you promptly and correctly? did they follow agency protocol/policy to your knowledge?
