Mums and Garters will be available to pick up starting the Tuesday 3pm before your homecoming date. EX. Conroe homecoming is 9/8 and pick up starts 9/5. If you have special circumstances and need earlier please discuss with us.

Ribbon Colors (ex. black and gold, all white/gold or sliver (seniors), navy and maroon). Please include all colors you would like used. More than three colors and metallic accent will incur a $10 fee.

Please tell us anything that you think we should know to make your mum/garter order perfect! More details (jersey numbers), special requests, anything you absolutely do not want included etc. Please let us know if your school has a ban on bells, whistles etc. We can mute them at customer request. If you have something you would like to bring us to incorporate into the mum (photo or custom plush animal etc.) please include here. Consider the 'focus' of the mum. Is it the recipient and their interests, the couple (equal space given to both and their interests), school spirit, a different theme?

I Understand by placing an order for homecoming mum, garter or other related product:

-I am ordering more than 7 days before pick up date. Rush orders may be possible (Please ASK before ordering) and will come with a Rush ORDER fee.

-My order will not be considered final until initial NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is made. Mums may not be picked up until final payment is made. Sales tax will be added to your invoice.

-Once order is final you can still request changes (but NOT refunds). We like to get to work quickly on your order! Changes could result in additional fees (if you select an extra add on etc).

-I understand I will be picking up orders from a conroe location. Shipping is available but it's expensive.

-Orders will be invoiced via Paypal or Venmo. Sales tax will be added to your total at time of invoice. Please look for an invoice within 24 hours of return of this form from Pretty Please Embroidery/ Sara Ullrich. If you prefer to pay cash in person please contact me.
