PROOFREADING:

I offer my proofreading services for short stories, novellas, and novels in the genres of romance, suspense, and genres of young adult fiction. I do NOT accept works of erotica, RH, BDSM, etc.

During proofreading, I check for:

- Proper punctuation

- spelling and grammar

- overused words

Proofreading is done in a Google Doc with tracking changes. Your completed proofread may be returned either by email or by adding you to the document in Google Drive.

FORMATTING

- clickable table of contents for ebooks

- chapter headings, ornamental breaks, paragraph after breaks, and more - epub and mobi files for uploading to Kindle, Nook, Apple Books, Google Books, and Kobo, as well as a generic epub for other retailers. PDF files are provided for print books.

- Interior images (excluding ornamental breaks) are NOT included with this pricing.

- You will be invoiced via PayPal. Please be sure to pay this within 24 hours. Failure to pay in this timely manner will cause your invoice to be canceled and your book's spot will go to the next person on the waiting list.

- You can submit your Word document(s) (and full-resolution cover image(s), if you need formatting) here or you can email them to me at hc_bentley@yahoo.com within 24 hours of submitting payment via PayPal.

- During formatting, you will be sent screenshots of your title-in-progress in order to select and approve the style you want for your book.

- Finished files will be sent to the email address your provided earlier in this form.
