Anything you would want a potential customer to know and/or view about your company should be listed on this form. If you're having problems coming up with ideas, please research a company in your industry and model your answers to the information displayed on their site. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ONE WORD ANSWERS IN DESCRIPTION FIELDS THAT SHOULD BE DETAILED. YOUR WEB DESIGN WILL BE COMPLETED BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS FORM. IT IS BEST TO FILL OUT THIS FORM ON A COMPUTER.
I will fill out this form in its capacity with answers sufficient to create a web design. I will be as descriptive as I can providing as much information as possible. I understand that failure to complete this form properly may result in my order being cancelled. Responses such as "will advise" " will fill out later" "will let you know" are not acceptable answers. Web design packages does not include the domain fee or the monthly premium. Depending on the platform you chose ( Wix or Shopify), you have to pay a monthly fee to host your website on their platform and a fee to purchase your domain (www.). Please visit either wix.com or shopify.com to explore their subscription fees. Please include this in your budget.

Photos are needed for web design. If you don't have any photos, we offer stock photos for an additional fee. Your web design turnaround time will not begin until we receive photos or a decision has been made regarding stock photos. Screenshots are not acceptable photos as they get blurry on websites. Please save all photos rather than screenshotting them.

I agree that any major information received after 1 week of placing my order may cause delays in the processing of my order as well as additional fees up to $150. The turnaround time may be extended based on the cue of PrettyGrlsDesign. Minor changes/edits can be made without delay in the turnaround time or additional fees.
