1.4 Privacy Policy
Sydney FC respects the privacy of the individuals on whom it collects, uses and discloses personal information. The personal information that the Club collects is used for the purpose of processing your registration and providing you with Football related information and offers from the Club. For some clinics, Sydney FC partners with local football associations in Sydney and the surrounding areas to facilitate delivery of clinics, including but not limited to coach recruitment, staffing, equipment and curriculum consultation. As part of this process data may be shared to those associations to help with planning.

1.5 Child Safety
Sydney FC will be using Zoom Video Communications for the delivery of all online player appearance sessions and will be following all of the guidelines issued by Zoom to maintain child safety online. This will include a private link and password
which will be sent to the primary contact email address as well as advanced security settings. Sydney FC will ask that upon entry the Zoom account is setup with just the first name of the child and access to their camera, but this is not compulsory for any parents who have safety concerns.
There will be a minimum of two Sydney FC staff members running each session with each of these staff members having current Working With Children Checks.
1.6 Communications & Marketing
Sydney FC will collect the email address of the primary contact of each participant and use this as a primary method to communicate key information prior to and after the clinic. Given the operational nature of these communications, these communications cannot be opted out of, but they will cease no later than 1 week after the end of the selected clinic.
In addition, the primary contact will be added to Sydney FC’s marketing database for future club events. These communications can be opted out of at any time at the bottom of any email received by the club, or by emailing community@sydneyfc.com.
It is a condition of registration that all participants have private health insurance and ambulance cover as any injury or incident requiring medical assistance will result in additional expense to the participant or their parent.
