Company Cash Account: Best used for clients who hire infrequently and prefer to make a payment at the time of rental. Company is defined by its status i.e. LTD or PLC.
Please note that you'll need to provide:
- Two trade references from suppliers that you deal with to validate your trading history with them (preferably within the broadcast industry)
- Hired In Equipment Insurance documents, to include continuing hire cover
- Live ID Verification (using our Live ID application)
Payment & Deposit
We will need to take payment in advance of the rental starting and we will also need to take a deposit as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is similar to what happens when you reserving a Hotel room or conduct a car rental booking.
The amount of deposit will be defined by the value of the equipment required and this will be notified to you at the time of booking.
