This form aims to get to know your hair and hair goals, which will help us determine if you're an excellent fit for hair extensions.

These photos will help determine if you're a good applicant for hair extensions. This will save time for both you and our team and helps narrow down a price range for you.

Don't be nervous! We don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

• Must be photos of your current hair.
• Use your cell phone.
• It's way easier if someone else takes the photo for you, but you can also set your timer and take a step back to ensure ALL of your hair is in the photo.
• Take in natural lighting (no flashes, please).
• You will take two-/three photos - Front, back, and side (side is optional but appreciated).

FIRST-TIME HAIR EXTENSION WEARERS 

On average, first-time clients with new hair purchases invest $1100+ for their first appointment (retainer included). Your stylist will review investments at your consultation or, as we call them, "Education Sessions," where you'll learn things about your hair that you might not have known about before, as well as what type of extensions you're a candidate for and the best solution possible to make the best decisions for you.

Our services are entirely customized. After filling out this form, the only way to get an accurate investment estimate is to schedule a Consultation Education Session. In-person Sessions are $60, but phone or virtual sessions are free and available on Mondays and Fridays.

MAINTENANCE PRICING

Maintenance pricing will be determined based on the extension method and the amount of hair installed. We will assess your maintenance needs if you already wear hair extensions during your consultation education session.

Average maintenance can start at $360+ for most methods. Methods are determined to suit your lifestyle & hair. After completing this form, you will receive an email about booking your "Consultation Education Session" with a link to our booking platform or a text message. 

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book an appointment. The retainer goes towards the overall cost of the appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of service. 

*All consultation appointments require 48 hours' notice. You may reschedule your appointment once. Canceled service appointments forfeit retainers, which are non-refundable.
