    We will do our best to place you in a space that most closely matches your preference based on what is available at the time of registration. Please tell us which space number(s) you prefer (first, second and third choice), or what area of the room you would prefer.

  • Conditions of Participation

    In order to participate in the Rose City Holiday Book & Paper Fair, you must read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of participation. Violation of any of these conditions of participation may be grounds for rejecting or canceling your application.

  • Payment Options

    Payment can be made by check or PayPal. Checks are preferred to avoid additional processing fees. If you are paying by check, make it out for the amount in the Your Total box above. Note that if you are applying before May 1, you can pay 50% of your total balance with the application and the remaining balance is due by May 1.

    PayPal payments can be sent to bookfair@cascadebooksellers.com.
