Every set of extensions are custom colored to match your hair. We typically start with 2-4 shades of hair that are then colored. This is a HUGE part of what makes the service we offer so natural and seamless. These questions are to help us understand where your hair is now and what your goals are for your hair color.

Don't be nervous! I don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

FIRST-TIME CLIENT TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS

*There is a $65 fee for your consultation in the studio or virtually. If you decide to move forward with extensions, your $65 consultation fee will be deducted from your initial installation investment. If any additional consultations are required, they will be complementary.

*Scheduling a consultation can take up to 2 weeks depending on current availability.

*I custom order and color the hair for each client, which typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive and be colored for installation. Your initial installation appointment is typically scheduled 2-3 weeks from your consultation based on whether you need any other services (such as color or smoothing treatment) before your application.

**Overall, the process can take between 2-3 weeks to complete.

Saige Extension Experience is a complete package for a seamless extension appearance.

Included in the investment for a Saige Extension Experience package is:

* All Premium, ethically sourced, hand-tied 100% human, Remy hair needed

* Customized Organic Color of the extension hair (Highlight, lowlight, root melt, etc)

* Organic Deep conditioning and prepping the hair before your installation appointment

* Custom Organic Coloring of your natural hair to blend seamlessly (Coloring, highlighting, glazing, root melts, etc)

HOW MANY ROWS WILL I NEED?

One Row: Fullness only, no length

Two Rows: Fullness and length (most common)

Three Rows: Fullness and length. Needed for those with extremely dense (thick) hair, to break up a blunt haircut, or for those looking to add a lot of length (Rare)

Mini Row: For those with short layers. This is used as a connecting piece to blend your natural hair and your hand-tied hair extensions.

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS

Maintenance appointments are required every 5-8 weeks & include:

* Completely removing the extension wefts and beaded rows and assessing extensions

* Assessing the hair and scalp to ensure they are healthy

* Detangling (de-matting and/or extra time needed to detangle is additional)

* Organic Shampoo, conditioning with scalp massage (Glaze & color is additional)

* Reinstall the beaded rows and sew in wefts

* Blow-dry and Style

*Glaze, Color, excessive matting, or haircut are additional

POLICIES

*You may reschedule your initial installation appointment once. All initial installation appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within the 48-hour window will incur a $250 rebooking fee, as well as forfeiting the retainer and will be required to start the entire process over again, including paying another 50% retainer for a new reservation and must be paid before rebooking.

*No-shows will not be rebooked.

*Services, invoices, retainers, fees, packages, gift vouchers, and retail products, including extension hair, are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

*No returns or exchanges on Extension hair, per federal law.
