I hereby release to Frankfort Wildcats Wrestling all rights to exhibit this work and print electronic form publicly or privately. I waive any rights, claims or interest I may have to control the use of my wrestler's identity or likeness in the photographs and agree that any uses described herein maybe made without compensation or additional consideration of me. 2. Purchase USA Athlete Card for 2026-2027 Season

3. Purchase Wildcats Wrestling Singlet (if don't already own one)

4. Submit Fundraiser Deposit Check for $150 (Bring to first day of practice) This will be returned if you meet the fundraising requirements.
