Our options (and discounts!) for year-round cleaning include:
- Once a month - 25% discount
- Every 2 months - 22% discount
- Every 3 months - 20% discount

For the average home, we generally recommend getting your gutters cleaned at least twice a year but some homes with heavy tree coverage will need servicing more frequently to ensure the gutters are working as intended.

South Tampa Gutter and Window Cleaning agrees to provide gutter cleaning service to the above address, on the cleaning frequency indicated above.

By signing below, you are indicating that you understand the following:
- STG&WC will service the gutters at your home or business at the frequency you requested above.
- This agreement will automatically renew each year.
- STG&WC will auto-schedule your gutter cleaning, and will send you reminder notices prior to each cleaning.
- The gutter cleaning service will be performed on the scheduled dates, but you need not be home for the service to be completed.
- Any rescheduling service requests must be performed within a month of initial service date.
Our Obligation to You

STG&WC will pre-schedule your services for your convenience, but appointment times can be changed upon request with at least 72 hours notice.

All cleanings will be performed at the agreed-upon price per the service proposal and payments will be due at the time of service. (First time cleanings will not be discounted. Subsequent cleanings will.)

A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to the card on file, for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice.

If any price changes occur in the future, STG&WC will notify you no less than 30 days prior to the date of your next gutter cleaning.

This contract can be canceled at any time by either party.
