As we work together to keep the school community healthy and safe, we remind all students and parents to please adhere to the most up-to-date COVID-19 protocols. If your child experiences any COVID like symptoms, please keep them home and have them tested as soon as possible.

Any student with a positive diagnosis of COVID should isolate at home and the parent must use this form to report and document their child's positive test result. You may also find the COVID Reporting Form on our webpage, www.victorychartertampa.org.
