  • Thank you for applying for approval to rescue animals from Fulton County Animal Services (FCAS). Please complete this form and attach a copy of your Georgia Department of Agriculture shelter license. If you are an out-of-state rescue, please attach your required state's paperwork to operate your rescue or shelter. Incorrect information or failure to maintain minimum city, county or state requirements will result in the removal of the organization from consideration for future rescue animals.

  • Fulton County Animal Services (FCAS) requires that all animals rescued from or transferred from FCAS must be spayed or neutered and micro chipped before release to a new adoptive home. By signing below, you are agreeing to spay/neuter all animals taken from FCAS prior to release, and you are confirming that the above and attached information is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
