ISCOS will be adopting a cloud-based solution, JotForm, to make it simpler for members to submit their application online. Personal data will be stored in JotForm's servers hosted on secured Amazon Web Services servers located in Germany. This form and data collected are secured across a protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Later) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. It is the industry level protection. JotForm is also compliant with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), thereby offering protection that is comparable to the PDPA. By signing this application form, you are deemed to have provided your consent for ISCOS to store your personal data on said cloud-based solution.
