Custom Cake Order Form

Custom cakes are always baked fresh to order, so I pleasantly request a minimum of 14 days notice for cake orders! Exceptions can be accommodated upon availability.
Choose a Cake Flavor, Filling, and Frosting

The Base Price for a custom cake is $5 per serving for a naked cake, $6 for a buttercream cake, $7 for fondant details, and $8 for fondant covered. This includes vanilla or chocolate cake and vanilla or chocolate Swiss merengue buttercream. All other flavors and any designs will be done at an additional rate. For each additional tier, the price per serving increases by $0.50.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

- All orders MUST be picked up in Tampa, FL (33647)
- Delivery is offered by availability for a rate of $1.75 per mile from Tampa, FL (33647) (minimum delivery fee of $20)
- All orders must be PAID IN FULL 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery date.
- Orders may be canceled up to 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery date. Orders canceled 2 weeks before pickup/delivery date are subject to a 50% refund of amount paid. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

-No Refunds will be given with cancellation of less than 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery date.
- Orders needed with less than 2 weeks notice (if there is calendar availability) will have a $25 rush fee.
- Please note Shannon's Sweets does not currently offer Gluten Free, sugar free, or dairy free alternatives.
