  • Day 2 - Step 2

    Now that you have covered the theory, you are now going to listen to your trainer making some calls and apply the 10 keys.

     

  • To do:

    1. Observe your Trainer Applying 10 Keys
    2. Your trainer makes it look easy, I am sure you agree, but remember we told you everyone was once a trainee, confidence and practice will get you there too - have lunch with your trainer and ask them about when they were new.
    3. Receive Objection Handling Script
    4. Practice Objection Handling for 90 Minutes 
  • OBJECTIONS ARE NORMAL, THEY ARE A BUYING SIGN SO HANDLE THEM PROPERLY YOU WILL BE JUST FINE.

  • Day 2 - Step 3

     

  • YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONAL, THE ONE THAT KNOWS,

    THE CUSTOMER WON’T CLOSE THEMSELF, SO DON’T LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HANGING.

    SHOW THEM THE WAY TO HANDLE THE OBJECTION AND CONTINUE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.
