Terms and Conditions:
- All payments are to be made in advance.
- Your booking will only be confirmed once payment is made.
- Decembers & Long weekends would requary a 50% deposit befor booking is confirmed.

If you paid a deposit and your plans change unexpectedly:
Your deposit will be paid back in full if we are able to fill the resultant vacancy. (We are normally able to fill the vacancy during peak periods if you do not cancel at the last minute).
We can also give you a credit valid for 5 months.
Cancellations and refunds paid will attract a N$250 cancelation fee.
You will be liable to pay the full amount for the dates booked if you cancel your booking at the last minute, and we are unable to fill the resultant vacancy.

- Non socialized Dogs (10% Will be added in high season)
- Pets boarding at own risk.
- Boarding fees are calculated per day, per pet, according to size and needs.
- Pets are housed in spacious clean kennels. All blankets, bowls and any other requirementsare sterilised and washed daily.
- Dogs are fed Optivet Cats are fed Whiskas/Feline Cuisin – should your pet have special dietary needs or you prefer to provide the food your pet is accustomed to, please mention: e.g. own food No dryfood medication Allergic. Should any additional stocks need be purchased, they will be bought and will be for the pet owner’s own account which is to be settled immediately on your return.
- We are not liable for any illness or accidents that your pet may incur during their stay or forany associated Veterinary bills.
- Should your pet/s become ill during their stay we will transport them to your Vet @ N$250.00 provided your vet is available. Alternatively, we will transport your pet/s to the nextclosest available vet.
- We are not liable for your pet/s should they escape or jump over walls /fences and get hurt for any damage which they may cause in your absence.
- Bitches in season will not be accepted.
- All pets must have a valid vaccination card – proof of current vaccinations are important.Pet/s must be healthy with no communicable diseases
- VERY IMPORTANT: Female and small breed dogs older than 6 months must be neutered. Large breed Male dogs older than 5 months must be neutered.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Please treat your pets for parasites prior to arrival. If any infestation is found on your pet, we reserve the right to treat them accordingly at the owner’s expense. Kindly also deworm your pet.
- Customers should familiaris themselves regarding “kennel cough”, we are unable to detect a carrier of the virus entering Paradise Pet Care Center (this is not a life-threatening disease). Neither you nor the kennels can prevent or take precautions against Kennel Cough.
- Pet/s must be people friendly-no aggressive pet/s are permitted.( IF NOT ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inform us appropriately)
- NO dogs allowed under the age of 5 months.
- Bedding, medication etc. must be clearly marked. No responsibility is taken for collars, leads, containers, bedding or medication etc. left at the premises.
- Parking on the premises of Paradise Pet Care Centre, is at own risk.
- Please keep dogs on a leash while arriving/departing at Paradise Pet Care Centre. THIS ISNOT NEGOTIABLE AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
- All items off your cat like carry cages, MUST be marked.
- N.B our prices will go up each year after January, but is subject to change without priornotice

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and accept the terms and conditions as provided by Paradise Pet Care Centre Indemnity: Should the above rules not to be complied with, Paradise Pet Care Centre will not take any responsibility for any problems/incidents which may occur, that are in any way associated with the service which includes pets, humans and property..
