The room rental includes two standard in-house flat screen smart TVs, white board with markers, flipchart and conference room table with 16 chairs. All conference room requests must be submitted with signature, and payment must be paid to reserve the meeting space.

No penalty if written notice is provided two weeks prior to meeting date. Cancellation less than two weeks will be accessed a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is less than one week from scheduled function
