Thank you for taking the time to complete your concept note submission. This is an important stage in your participation in the Efficiency for Access Design Challenge and will allow us to provide appropriate support for your team with regards to feedback on your concept note as well as a assigning you an industry mentor if desired by your team.
To ensure that you can get the most out of this support, your team's concept note should be submitted one month after the Kick-off Meeting using the provided template that the Efficiency for Access Design Challenge Team provided. The final deadline for concept notes is 28th February 2022.
You are only required to submit one concept note per team. Once teams have completed this submission form, there will be an automated email containing the unique team number assigned and will prompt you to upload you concept note to CrowdSolve. The email will contain a suggested text that can be used to upload the concept note to CrowdSolve.
Concept notes will receive feedback from reviewers posted as a comment on the CrowdSolve post within one month of the concept note being submitted. Reviewers will have an assigned CrowdSolve ‘badge’ that they can be identified.
Each team can be made up of a maximum of 5 team members. After completing this form you will be sent a copy of the participation Terms and Conditions to sign. Each team member must sign these Terms and Conditions using the digital signature provided.
