Submissions begin on Monday, September 27th and must be received by Friday, October 15th, 2021 at 4pm.
You can have a maximum of three (3) entries and you must fill out one registration form per submission.
Entry Fee: $75 per entry
Payment Details: Check made payable to Kona Coffee Cultural Festival mailed to P.O. Box 1112, Kailua Kona, HI 96745 along with a copy of this registration form (which will be emailed to you after you submit form). Put 2021 Cupping Competition in the memo.
