Signed Yours Truly Sign Rental Form 

  • Bring a surprise and a smile to a loved one with our yard displays for any occasion! We mean any occasion! Signed Yours Truly is located in Bakersfield, CA!

    We rent, deliver and display yard signs within a 10 mile radius of the greater Bakersfield area. Beyond this radius is a an additional charge and taken at a case by case basis.

    The starting fee is $75 for a single phrase (three words), add-ons are an additional charge. Please see pricing below. 

    Please fill out form to request services and agree to rental. We will then contact you to confirm booking and ask further questions within 24 hours. After we discuss the details of your display we will email an invoice to you.

    *We need at least 7 days in advance of your event to book in order to ensure we have the inventory. After 7 days we can provide services granted we have the inventory and at an extra fee.

    *Service must be paid for at the time of booking; we accept Cash App, Venmo and Zelle.

    We set up between 6pm-7:30 am and pick up starts after 6 pm. This is subject to change based on location of event. **Please water lawn every day the week before display rental.

  • Booking Policy 

    • Payment is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation date.
    • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.
    • Please do not allow anyone to lean on signs also.Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs.
    • You will be invoiced $25 per item for any missing or damaged lawn display items.
    • Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display.
    • Please make arrangements for lawn care to take place on a different day. 
    • Please do not move sign for ANY reason or we will charge a fee of $25.
    • Signed Yours Truly nor its representatives are responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, display, or removal of any rental.
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • Pricing Policy 

    • $75 is a basic 3 word phrase, with basic decor (balloons, stars, gifts, etc (You may choose a color scheme)
    • $100  is a themed 3 word phrase, with themed decor (if you are wanting a specific theme. 
    • We cover the Bakersfield area withing a 10 mile radius, additional miles are an additional fee. 
    • Busiiness rental fees are subject to change depending on the event, time and theme.

  • Refund Policy

    ALL SALES ARE FINALIn the event that weather (high winds,heavy rain, thunderstorms), prevents us from setting up your display we will not be able to will refund your money back in the form of original payment or reschedule per clients request. No refund will be given if the wrong address is given by client. No refund will be given if there is a danger to Creative Yard Celebrations (animal/lawn access) that prevents us from setting up.No refunds will be given if we are unable/denied access to a gated community for set up.No refunds will be given if the homeowner request the display to be removed from property.
