Video Clip Digitization Request Form

The function of this form is to help the college gather all necessary information to support copyright review and digitizing of video clips for in-copyright films for instructional purposes. Approved requests will result in video clips being made available via the college's streaming video service for linking from courses within the college's learning management system.

Some important details:

If a request is for four or more video clips from a single film, you will be contacted to obtain a portable DVD player for use in your classroom to show the video instead of digitizing and making the clips available online.
Turnaround time for digitizing a video clip is normally three business days. If multiple video clips are requested, turnaround time will increase by two business days per additional video clip.
