Feedback about sitters is used to be sure we are matching you correctly, but also to monitor trends within the sitter roster: Sitter excellence, burnout, over scheduling, etc.

If a sitter is a true stand out for a specific reason, we want to know that! On the flip side, being late to your house may not be a huge deal one time, but if we hear this from a few families, its something we need to be on top of.
