    For the most customized fit, we recommend submitting your exact measurements or having your measurements taken by TRB.

  • IMPORTANT MEASUREMENT INFORMATION


    For the most accurate measurements, your hair should be braided or molded completely flat as it would be underneath your wig.

    Use a soft measuring tape and keep the tape flat against your head without leaving slack.

    Please double-check every measurement before submitting.

     The Rich Blend is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

    2. RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

     Please allow up to 24–48 hours to receive your final quote and deposit instructions.

     


    3. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT

     Your order is not secured and construction will not begin until your required nonrefundable deposit has been received.

     


    4. WE CREATE YOUR UNIT 

     Once all required materials, measurements and payment have been received, your processing period begins.

     


    5. PICKUP / SHIPPING

     You’ll be contacted once your Rich Girl unit is ready for pickup or shipment.

  • PROCESSING TIME

     Custom units require approximately 14-21 business days for processing.

     Processing time begins once your deposit, required measurements and all necessary hair/materials have been received.

     Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


    Please order accordingly if your unit is needed for a specific event or appointment.

     Rush orders are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee if accepted.

    SHIPPING

     Shipping time is separate from processing time.

     Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided on your order.

     Please double-check your shipping address before submitting.

     The Rich Blend is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the client, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

     

     

  • CUSTOM UNIT POLICY


    PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING

     All custom units are made specifically according to the selections and information provided by the client.

     ALL CUSTOM UNIT SALES ARE FINAL.

     Due to the customized nature of our units, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections submitted by the client, or inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

     Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and are applied toward your total balance.

     Submitting this form does not secure your order. Your order is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

     Processing does not begin until all required payments, measurements, hair and/or materials have been received.

     Clients providing their own hair are responsible for ensuring the hair is suitable for wig construction.

     USED LACE IS NOT ACCEPTED.
