  •  POLICY: This form must be submitted to get a qoute on the total cost of your wig, there is a $200.00 non-refunadable despoit due before your wig will be started.

     Your measurements must be submitted or taken by me within 48 hours after your deposit is received, for the most accurate measurements you must have your hair braided flat as it would under the wig or it will not lay correctly.

    If you choose not to sumbit measurements standard measurements will be used but circumfrence will still be required! We will NOT be held responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurements.

    If you are supplying your own bundles, if they are used please make sure the bundles are completely clean and free of old thread.

    PROCESSING TIME: All custom units take 10-14 business days, no exceptions. Please book accordingly. Your unit may not take the full time but this time frame is to ensure we will fulfill and put our BEST into each wig.

    SHIPPING TIME: Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days once your order is complete. You will receive a email/text with your tracking number info via USPS! Please be sure to check your package expected arrival date and/or make arrangements to pick up your package from your local post office. We will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

    RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the product and that it is a customized item ( it can not be resold, it is made just for you ) we will not be issung any refunds and the items cannot be returned! NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES. ALL CUSTOM UNITS ARE FINAL SALE!

    - 613 ( Blonde ) is required for any other color.

  • Please be sure to have your hair braided completely flat to get the most accurate measurements. For the BEST fit we recommend you submitting your measurements. We will not be responsible for inaccurate information.

    If you choose to not submit any measurememts standard measuremtents will be used! Circumfrence is required

    You will need a soft tape measure. Below there is a photo listed on the measurements you will need to submit, along with stopping and starting points. Please pay close attention to the photos.

    When taking measurements you want the tape measure as tight/flat as you can get for the best fit, you don't want any slack in the tape measure.
