Teen Driver Education Course Contract
ENROLLMENT POLICY
- Students must be 15 years old by the first day of class.
- Enrollment will not be allowed after the third scheduled class has started.
- Classroom and Behind-the-Wheel instruction will be completed in no less than 30 days.
- Students must have their Traffic Safety Education course completed within 120 days of the first class meeting.
ATTENDANCE POLICY

Students cannot make up more than three days of class. Re-enrollment required after three absences.
REFUND POLICY
- The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
- There are no refunds after the 3rd classroom session.
- Must pay another deposit to transfer to another course session after the third lesson has started.
COURSE POLICIES

Students must acquire Instruction Permit before signing up for Behind-the-Wheel lessons. No later than the 3rd scheduled day of the course.WDL # must be provided to Central Washington Driving School prior to applying for permit. (See instructions to get WDL # below, under Instruction Permits)No phone or any other electronics use allowed during class except the device being used for class.80% is required on both classroom and BTW portion of course.Parent/Guardian gives CWDS permission to conduct Behind-the-Wheel in a one-on-one setting. Parents/Guardians are free to ride along during lessons.Completion of this traffic safety course does not guarantee student(s) will get a license or pass the Knowledge and/or Skills Testing for Washington State Drivers Licensing.A Traffic Safety Education Certificate will be electronically submitted to the Department of Licensing upon successful completion of all graded assignments/tests, BTW lessons and other activities required for program and upon full payment of tuition and fees.You received the orientation letter and information about the Intermediate Licensing Laws.
