Please complete if you DO NOT currently hold a Firearms License

Obtain a Statement of 'Eligibility to Join an Approved Pistol Club' from the Queensland Police Service (Link to obtain form can be found at the end of this application)Obtain two (2) character references from people whom you are not related to and who have known you for at least 2 years.Be prepared to undergo a Firearms Safety Course for Cat H WeaponsComplete and submit an Application for Membership together with supporting documents, and scan/attach a copy of your statement of eligibility and pay appropriate fee(s).
Applicants who hold a current Australian Weapons Licence other than a Concealable Licence:

Obtain two (2) character references from people whom you are not related to and who have known you for at least 2 years.Complete and submit an Application for Membership together with supporting documentation, please scan/attach your current firearms licence.
Applicants who hold a current Queensland Concealable Weapons Licence:

Obtain two (2) character references from people to whom you are not related and people who have known you for at least two (2) yearsObtain an Approved Club Declaration (QP518A) from your current ClubComplete and submit an Application for Membership, together with supporting documentation
