EXHIBITION ROOMS OF DUBROVNIK LIBRARIES:

Dubrovnik Libraries have two exhibition rooms - on the ground floor of the Public Library “Grad” situated on Od puča 6, and on the third floor of the Research Library, Cvijete Zuzorić 4 – where they frequently organise or host exhibitions. Due to large interest by numerous artists, we kindly ask all potential exhibitors to apply for the year 2022 by September 25th 2021.

Reproductions of the exhibits and promotional materials should be:

FINANCING THE EXHIBITION *

Dubrovnik Libraries will apply for financial support in organising exhibitions to the City of Dubrovnik and Ministry of Culture and Media.

After the results of their proposals have been announced, Dubrovnik Libraries will consider whether the approved funds are sufficient for the applied exhibitions.

If the maximum amount is approved, Dubrovnik Libraries will finance: catalogue, posters, artist's fee, transport of exhibits, accomodation (two overnight stays) and travel expenses in the amount of the most favorable public transportation available, if necessary.

If the maximum amount is not approved, DL will reassign the expenses and notify the applicant.

Without adequate financial support the Dubrovnik Libraries do not commit to organising the proposed exhibition.
