RETURN PAYMENT POLICY: Registration and Tuition fees are not to be refunded.

CHILD/SAFETY: To ensure child safety, parents/guardians must pick up students promptly after class. Children waiting on parent/guardian pick up before and after classes are NOT supervised by staff or faculty. Picks ups later than 15 minutes will be charged a fee of $5.00. An additional $5.00 will be added per 15 minutes.

WITHDRAWAL/CANCELLATION POLICY: This is a yearly formatted program. Any member canceling their membership is to pay a cancellation fee of $50.00. Registration FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE for the current month at the time of cancellation In the event that enrollment does not reach the required number for a particular age group, or circumstances arise outside of Beyond Measure, LLC control, we reserve the right to cancel. Members will be notified, and we will be happy to work with members to find a suitable replacement. If no replacement can be settled upon, Beyond Measure, LLC will refund your monthly tuition for the current month less your nonrefundable registration fee. MAKE UPS: A zoom link will be made available in the event dancers are absent. Extra rehearsals will be used as a make-up closer to concert preparation and for performances advanced dancers only
