Redo/Refund Policy:

There are No Refunds on services or products rendered.

Some transformations require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result, which will be communicated at the time of booking/consultation.

Please request any adjustments within the first week following the initial service and all efforts will be made to schedule an adjustment appointment as soon as possible.

Adjustements will be made on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy

Filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment.

Once an appointment is requested a credit card will need to be placed on file to reserve and secure the appointment.

48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment and avoid cancellation fees.

There is a $50 cancellation fee incurred for last minute cancellations/reschedule requests with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Invoices for cancellation fees must be paid in full in order to reserve future appointments.
General Price Increase Update:

Thank you for understanding that overhead and supply prices have gone up dramatically over the past few years; since my costs have increased exponentially and/that I need to raise my prices to support the sustainability and fairness of my business.

If you’d like to move on from our time together, I will miss you and the opprotunity but, I completely understand, however these prices are firm and non negotiable.

My prices have changed slightly to reflect my consistent investment in my own education and industry standard and overhead increases.

I appreciate your business and I will always continue to make those investments to make sure that my skills are at the absolute best they can be, to give you the most amazing results possible.
