  • IF YOU ARE A HOMEOWNER AND/OR YOUR PRODUCT IS OVER (2) YEARS OLD: If you are a homeowner and/or any product is over two years old (from manufacture date), you will likely be referred to an outside servicing dealer or contractor. Please be prepared with an Order #, so you can help expedite response efficiency.

    Welcome to our online Pacific Field Service and Warranty Request Form. Please fill out and press "Submit" at the bottom of the form. Once we receive your request, we will process and get back to you with a plan of action.

    Current Submittal Response Time (July 2025): Averaging 5-10 business days

    Current Service Calendar Scheduling: August/September 2025

    If a service call falls under manufacturer's warranty, then those items will not be considered billable. Please note that the majority of fenestration manufacturer's DO NOT cover labor in their warranties, which will result in labor charges. All products must have been paid in full for any valid warranty support.

    PLEASE NOTE: For accurate and efficient processing, you are limited to submitting (1) request per manufacturer/brand. For example, if your Kolbe window has broken glass, your Euroline steel entry door has a locking issue, and your Velux skylight isn't responding, then this require (3) seperate requests/submittals. We will make every effort to consolidate service visits, but every manufacturer has their own process to follow.

  • 2025 Field Service Policy

    • $185/service tech man-hour + drive time + materials (4hr minimum)
    • $235/site consultation man-hour + drive time + materials (4hr minimum), if needed
    • Materials will be billed on an as needed basis
    • $495 minimum charge for 1st site discovery visit
      • Includes 1.5hrs w/(1) Service Tech and 1hr drive time
      • Credit Card Authorization will be collected upfront, upon scheduling
