Additional Information
- 30 Day Notice must be given to change a reservation. Last-minute cancellations (any cancellation given with LESS than 30 days’ notice) will result in a deduction of $50 from the total payment amount. Reschedule permissible.
- All requests are subject to approval.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days from reservation will forfeit full payment.
- Rentals are first come – first serve. (Non-Members can reserve 6 months out to the date)
- A full refund will be issued if GSNENY must cancel a reservation.
- Excessive damages, clean-up, or loss of property will result in additional charges determined by the owners in consultation with the responsible renting party.
- In the event of an accident, fill out an accident report form and send a copy to the Queensbury Service Center within 72hrs.
- Check-In: 4:00PM Check-Out: 3:00PM. If you wish to check-in/out more than 3 hours extended additional day rate will apply.
