Terms and Conditions* This field is required. I recognize that in participating in ANY service by Tiarific Canine there may be risk to myself, any family member or guest in attendance, my dog(s), and my personal property. With full knowledge, I release Tiarific Canine, its agents, members, trainers, employees, facility owners and all associated persons (“agents”) from any and all responsibility for accidents, loss, injuries or infections, and damage or theft to any person, animal or property. Tiarific Canine carries insurance with ProFur. I am the legal owner of the dog(s) being serviced. All behavioural advice and training suggestions offered by Tiarific Canine, Amanda Garrow, and any agent thereof is accepted at my own risk. Use of this information is voluntary, and Tiarific Canine, Amanda Garrow, and any agent thereof is not responsible for injury to another human or animal. I am at all times responsible for the actions of my dog. Tiarific Canine, Amanda Garrow, and any agent thereof is not responsible for any injuries or expenses resulting from socialization, walking, or training. I understand that some dogs, including my own or to which I or my dog might be exposed: may be difficult to control; may act aggressively towards other dogs, animals or people; may be a cause of injury even when handled with care; and may cause property damage. I also understand the possible risk to myself, my family, or my dog from other participants that may be in attendance. I understand that should my dog become aggressive, unruly, or unable to participate in sessions, whether it is with other dogs or privately, I will be asked to remove my dog from the session and will not receive a refund. Upon request, I agree to provide the required Veterinary Certificate stating that my pet is healthy and has had proper veterinary examinations and has received the preventative health care requirements to attend training sessions or services run by Tiarific Canine. It is my responsibility to keep my pet current on vaccinations or titers. I recognize that pets may still be susceptible to various diseases or infections despite being vaccinated and may infect me or my pet. If my dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any other dog, animal or person during or after the term of this Agreement, then I agree to defend and indemnify Tiarific Canine, Amanda Garrow, and any agent thereof from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If my dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of this Agreement, I assume the risk and agree that Tiarific Canine, Amanda Garrow, and any agent thereof should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever. I understand that I must confirm my appointment a minimum of 2hrs before the requested appointment time, that the sessions are non-refundable and may be rescheduled due to weather or illness. Tiarific Canine may reschedule a training or caretaking service with 2 hours notice, and notice will be provided by email or text message. I understand it is my responsibility to check these platforms. By signing this agreement, I agree to all email communication by Tiarific Canine. If I wish to unsubscribe I can do so at anytime by replying via email. I understand that, for basic overnight care option, unless otherwise agreed, the caretaker is there for overnight and will be in and out all day. If I want guaranteed check ins throughout the day, I can pay for additional 30 min check ins ($30), or 1hr on leash walks ($40), or upgrade to continuous care option. I understand that a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all BOARDING/PET SITTING services. The balance is due in FULL a minimum of 72 hrs before the service start date and services may be adjusted during the stay. Tiarific Canine may photograph or video my pet and use such pictures for publicity, commercial, or promotional purposes without any liability or obligation to me. I acknowledge that this Agreement is binding upon me and the members of my family and household. I hereby acknowledge that Tiarific Canine may terminate services if (a) in the sole judgment of Tiarific Canine, my dog is dangerous or vicious to any person or animal, or interferes with the raining of other dogs, or (b) I breach any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination in accordance with the foregoing, the duties of Tiarific Canine and Amanda Garrow, shall terminate but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
