Consultations: There is a non-refundable fee for all consultations. A consultation fee of $75 for bridal, prom and evening wear and $35 for everyday custom garments. The fee is put towards the total cost of the garment if we move forward with the design process. By selecting this service, you are provided with a 1-on-1 session to discuss what silhouette/style you want to achieve, fabric selection, and custom measurements. This guarantees you the perfect fit for your garment. If you decide not to book, no worries. Your fee will cover the cost of the consultation. Booking: When you're ready to book, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. The process of creating your custom garment will begin. Any changes requested will incur an additional fee if accepted. (Changes may or may not be accepted at the discretion of the designer). Payment schedules will be determined per customer. The total balance will be due at the final fitting. Cancellation Policy and Miscellaneous Fees: No refunds will be provided and cancellations aren't accepted once work begins. If alterations to a custom fit item is needed due to weight gain/loss, a $75 fee will be applied to the original cost quoted. No Show Policy: After completion, your garment will be stored for a maximum of 14 business days. After 14 business days there will be a $5 storing fee added per day. After 28 days you are in agreement to forfeit your item and all payments made. Timeframe: The turnaround time for your custom piece can take 1 month to 1 year depending on the garment complexity. The timeframe will be communicated if it takes more or less time. Rush Fees: There are some instances where I may be able to create a garment within a short period of time depending on the item. All items due in 7 weeks or less will incur a rush fee if accepted. Please reach out to me with your date and we can go over pricing for short notice requests. Services For Day Of the Event: I do offer day of services which include helping get dressed, fixing minor dress problems (within reason), steaming, spot removal, bustling the dress and etc. This service can vary in price depending on distance and the timeframe needed. For this service at least half of the amount is due at booking and if there is a remainder it will be due when we arrive to the venue for services.
