  • Acknowledgements:

    This is a general consultation form designed to help Salon Salon staff determine and select the right coloring service and/or other hair service, timing, and provide a general price quote for the services requested. In addition, price quotes given by Salon Salon staff, are just that a "quote", not a fixed amount; pricing could be more, or less.  The exact cost of the service will be at the discretion of your stylist and determined on the day of the service. 

    While we strive for excellence, value professionalism, and take pride in our craft here at Salon Salon, we cannot guarantee that the "inspo" photos that you provide us on this form or in any other capacity, can or will be achieved. 

    Also, the signing and submitting of this form does not guarantee or mean that a reservation at Salon Salon has been made.  This form is a "request" and consultation form, that helps our stylists determine how to help you in the best way possible. 

     Forms will be responded to within 24-72 business hours.

  • Cancellation and DEPOSIT Policy:

    Our hair services require a great amount of time to be blocked off by a stylist just for YOU.  If you don't give enough notice of cancellation/rescheduling (at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment) or you "no-show" on a Salon Salon staff member, they lose the opportunity to be able to fill that time with someone else that may have wanted in, and they also lose the potential revenue. Therefore we require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling, as well as a $75 reservation deposit for color services, and a $25 deposit for all other services.  The deposit will be refundable/credited towards your service on the day of your appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours of your reservation, the deposit becomes non-refundable. 

    Before a reservation can "officially" be made, the stylist that responds to your reservation request, will send you a link to pay the deposit.  Once the payment is received, your reservation will be confirmed.
