Hi! I am so glad that you like my work. I have put this form together to make the booking process go a bit more easily. It may take a little while to fill out, but it should cut down on a lot of back and forth emails and missed phone calls that can really slow things down. Please skim through it before you start filling it out so you can have all of your information ready and any images ready to upload. The more clarity and detail you can provide now, the better idea I will have about when to schedule you, how long your appointment should be and, most importantly, if I am the right artist for your tattoo.
