Hours can be banked in the following instances:
- Full Time: can bank ORD hours worked on a public holiday.
- Part Time: can bank ORD hours worked on a public holiday, or any ORD hours worked in excess of fortnightly contracted minimum as per the EBA (e.g., PPT30).
- Casual: can bank ORD hours worked on a public holiday, or any ORD hours worked in excess of 24hrs per fortnight.
- Up to 152 hours may be banked.
This request will not be processed if these requirements are not met.
The taking of banked hours as "time off" is subject to manager discretion.
