We are faced with another Sukkot, this year, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the challenges that come along.
Shopping for Sukkot, likewise, will be different than years before. Unfortunately, gone is the exciting atmosphere of the bustling Arbah Minim markets, but we are thankful that at least this year we can welcome some customers into our store.
We understand that this year brings a need for a modified shopping experience, and we hope that despite the unfamiliarity, we can make it as comfortable as possible.
While our store will be open to those comfortable shopping in person (albeit it, in controlled numbers of shoppers allowed in-store at any given time), we will also be continuing our remote-shopping options from last year to help those seeking a less "in-person" alternative.
To that end, we are pleased to offer the order form for Arbah Minim on the following pages, as well as the following changes to our regular Arbah Minim protocols:

We will keep our stock of Arbah Minim products that are available for in-store shoppers and our stock of those for online shoppers separate, in an effort to minimize the handling of product for those wishing to restrict contact;

All Arbah Minim sets are provided with items still sealed, wherever possible. While this means putting your own Lulav together with the rings and the holder, it's an incredibly simple process (often taking less than one minute to do), and we will provide instructions for those who need them;

Our $50 free local delivery offer has been extended to cover Arbah Minim as well, so our customers don't need to make huge purchases to be able to shop from the comfort of their own homes;

We will make every effort to ensure all local deliveries are done directly from the freshness of the refrigerators at our store, to the customer at home, not having shipments spend overnight at shipping warehouses;

We are offering free upgrades in our premade Arbah Minim sets, so that shopping online doesn't have to translate into settling for mediocre product;

And we've managed to secure pricing that will allow us to offer the upgraded premade Arbah Minim sets with free local delivery, even at the price of a single basic set
We are looking forward to helping our incredible community of customers experience a wonderful Sukkot, and to ensuring that this year's restrictions don't have to mean sacrificing the hiddur mitzvah, the beautifying the mitzvah of Arbah Minim that is so precious to us all.
