Membership and Payment Information
Membership Agreement - Terms and Conditions By selecting the button above, I authorize Strategic Business Leaders to charge my bank account for annual membership fees based upon my selection of monthly or annual payment. Membership commitment is for 12 months minimum and is renewable on an annual basis. Strategic Business Leaders offers as a convenience a monthly payment option. If a member elects to pay monthly, the commitment is for a minimum of 12 months, after which monthly payments will continue to be charged unless membership is cancelled. To end membership, the minimum required term is the same 12 month period. We require a minimum of 30 days notice to end membership. If the 12 month minimum has not been completed, then the balance must be paid before membership can be ended. If after the first 12 months of membership, a member paying monthly decides to cancel, member must provide a minimum 30 day cancellation notice in writing, otherwise monthly membership fees will continue to be charged. Members agree to be active participants in the monthly meetings, and to attend a minimum of 75 percent of the meetings per year.
