Suitability Questionnaire

As you will have read on our website our dogs are different to your average UK rescue dog, therefore their needs and their rehoming is different. This questionnaire is designed to see whether our dogs are a suitable match to your family and lifestyle. At the end of the form you will either receive a message outlining whether our dogs are a suitable match for you, or whether your form has been sent to the team to review your answers. If our dogs are suitable you will receive a link to the application form which will be the next step in the process.
This questionnaire must be completed by the adopter or intended adopter of the dog only. If you are not the intended owner, please close this page and ask them to complete the questionnaire.

Before completing this questionnaire, please ensure that all members of your household are in agreement about adopting a dog. If they are not, please do not complete this questionnaire. We do not allow for getting a dog as a ‘surprise’ for someone. They MUST know about your application.
