About the Indianola Avenue Complete Streets Study
The study area (see map below) consists of Indianola Avenue/U.S. Route 23 from Hudson Street to Oakland Park Avenue, encompassing portions of Clintonville and the University Area District. This study is being completed in conjunction with a planned resurfacing project on Indianola Avenue from Hudson Street to N. Broadway Street and in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation. A complete streets approach is being taken to balance the needs of different roadway users and ultimately identify near-term improvements that can be implemented with the planned resurfacing project.
