BOOKING TERMS
For every 12 student tickets purchased, you will receive one complimentary chaperone ticket.Additional chaperone tickets can be purchased at the student rate.If your booking request is successful, you will be contacted by ATP with confirmation and payment details.Please do not send payment or book your buses until your booking request has been confirmed.A 20% deposit will be due upon application acceptanceFinal payment is due 2 weeks prior to the performance date.All student matinees begin promptly at 11:30am at the Martha Cohen Theatre in Arts Commons (north side) 215 8 Avenue SE, Calgary.All student matinees are followed by a Q&A with the Artists after the performance. These last aproximately 15 minutes.AUDIENCE ADVICE
Our audience advice is a grade recommendation. We base those on what we deem appropriate for Kindergarten through Grade 12 students however it is always subjective, so if you are concerned about the content of the performance, please inform us before making your request. We will be happy to provide you with more information (though the amount of information we are able to provide is subject to availability when the matinee is a touring presentation or brand new work).
YOUTH ENGAGEMENT at ATPAs part of our Youth Engagement Programs at Alberta Theatre Projects, we encourage those booking our Student Matinees to consider our additional educational programming to enrich learning beyond the stage and complement the matinee performance your students attend.
