Please note that the student's teacher will need to approve the workshop signup. When this form is submitted, the teacher will receive an email requesting approval. If the teacher does NOT approve the workshop for any reason, the parent will be informed by the office.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your chosen date. Wind workshops take place on Wednesdays from 6-7 pm in the Orchestra Room (Bradley 300).
