Mentee contacts Mentor (or meet in person) within 2 weeks. Review Goals discussed in first meeting. Create and review action plan and track progress since first meeting. Discuss additional challenges/observations for specific goals. Mentor and Mentee discuss and provide feedback. Mentee should have prepared with questions for Mentor. As you prepare to work toward your goals. Mentor ask questions of the mentee, suggests projects and activities.  The Mentor alternatively provide feedback as sounding board and helps work through obstacles.
