  • How do you plan on training your puppy for the CGC certificate?*
  • Do you understand that your dog will be required to obtain a CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Certificate by 2 years old?*
  • Puppies and dogs in general can be very costly (feeding a good quality food, flea/tick/heartworm preventative, grooming, pet supplies, training, vet costs, etc.) Are you financially prepared to take care of these expenses?*
  • Do you understand that you may have to drive to meet us to take your dog to the vet for health test testing and/or breeding? We try to accommodate to the best of our ability but families living farther away will have to meet us at least half way.*
  • Do you agree to contact Summer Sun Doodles in the event you cannot keep your puppy?*
  • Do you agree that we will cover the spay/neuter cost at the dogs retirement from our program but if the dog does not join our program for any reason (failure of health testing, structure, temperament, etc), you will be responsible for the spay/neuter cost?*
