Thank you for taking the time to view and fill out our form! Before you get started, please understand that due to the current demand on our stylist's schedules, availability is very limited. Because of this, it is important that we receive a bit of information from you so we can make sure you get connected with the stylist that is most compatible with your hair and scheduling needs. Please fill this form out to the best of your ability, the more information the better! After this form is received, one of our stylists will contact you via phone or email as soon as possible, usually within 48 business hours. Natural looking, low maintenance color I want to be as blonde as possible! I like bright, vivid colors (think pink, blue, purple etc!) Grey coverage color I want to go darker or red! I don't know what to ask for, I just know I want highlights!

I only get my hair done 1-2x per year I don't mind mild up-keep. Maintenance every 10-12 weeks is fine. I want my color/cut to be maintained regularly. How much does budget affect your hair choices?

Highly - I will choose an option based on my budget. Somewhat - I am willing to be flexible based on what I want and upkeep. While I am price conscious, my hair vision won't change based on price. My hair is something I want to invest in. It is the only accessory I can't take off!
