    PLEASE NOTE:- For each service you wish to complete you will need to fill out a separate form and add each individual assessment type to your cart.  For a comprehensive fitness assessment we recommend performing all three assessments.

  • HEALTH HISTORY

    For most people physical activity should not pose any problem or hazard. The PAR-Q has been designed to identify the small number of adults for whom physical activity might be inappropriate or those who should have medical advice concerning the type of activity most suitable for them.

    If you are over the age of 65 and not used to being very active, check with your doctor.

    Important Appointment Reminders:

    • All fitness service appointments are scheduled in 20 minute blocks.
    • You can book your appointment up to 30 days in advance.
    • No appointments on holidays or during academic breaks.
    • You will receive an email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule
    • A Trainer will meet at the South Enterance for your appointment.
