    1. Pitch Practice - Full sale cycle

    • The Trainee must practice the Full Sale, Objection handling, and Referrals Cycle (1.5hrs)
    • Ensure your Trainee is standing

    • Product test - Trainee must pass with 90% or higher
    • Ensure your Trainee is setup for the test
    • Trainee needs to pass the test to move on
    • Break for Lunch - Lunch with your Trainee - make sure you are with your Trainee
  • Day 3 - Step 4

  • To do:  

    1. Sense check

    • Ensure your Trainee is with you for your sense check
    • Edify your Trainee in your sense check- Congratulate your Trainee for being signed off and passing their product test 

    2. ODP Audio

    • Ensure your Trainee listens to How to work your 8 hours
    • Ensure your Trainee listens to how to achieve your daily goal
    • Question - Why are goals so important? (Type out the answer below)
    • Ensure your Trainee listens to how to use your drop sheet
    • Ensure your Trainee listens to how to get good success rates


    3. Day 3 Closing

    • Congratulate your Trainee for completing day 3
    • Go through day 3's self-development tasks
