  • Make sure you do the following: 

    • Trainee gets on the Dialler
    • Check-in every 30 minutes with your Trainee
    • Have fun!
    • Celebrate the small wins - First pitch
    • Lead from the front
    • Break for Lunch - Lunch with your Trainee - Make sure you are with your Trainee

  • Day 4 - Step 4

  • To do:  

    1. Sense check

      • Ensure your Trainee is with you for your sense check and congratulate your trainee for getting onto the dialler and having a great attitude

    2. Get back on the dialler make sure to:

      • Have a sense of urgency
      • Lead from the front
      • Have fun
      • Check-in with your Trainee every 30 minutes

    3. Day 4 Closing

      • Congratulate your Trainee for completing day 4
      • Go through day 4's self-development tasks
      • Go through the drop sheet
